Family Of Rescued Fluffy Baby Kittens Spend Valentine’s Day Loving The Indoor Foster Life

It was just before Valentine’s Day that foster mom Shelia introduced her newest rescued family to her social media family. Shelia runs the Instagram profile @love2foster with more than 350K very happy followers.

Filled with adorable furry faces, her media feed also has some that are just as cute without any fur. With these holiday arrivals, the love that this grateful family brought was a welcome celebration for all!

And this is sure to be the first of many Valentine’s Day celebrations that they will spend indoors being doted on.

Because these six kittens are safely in foster care with their young mama, Azalea.

The family was welcomed into the care of the Oregon Humane Society, whom Shelia fosters for. But being so new to the rescue, the kittens are still missing one important thing. They still have NO NAMES!

However, the sheer number of animals that cross the doors of a rescue means names need to be unique to each. Getting to see the personalities develop the first week or so also helps lend to naming suggestions. So for now, Shelia was happy to introduce 2 little girls and their 4 brothers (respectfully).

When you’re this cute, does it really matter?

And 2-year-old mama Azalea knows that her life has changed for the better. With her at ease, mama and the babies could focus on what is important. They need to keep eating well, staying healthy and calm and growing into those big, floppy eared cute faces!

The Valentine’s Day weekend was spent doing what cats and kittens do best.

Cuddle and win hearts.

And clearly Shelia is a seasoned pro at photographing neonatal kittens. Because this may be the cutest holiday display for posing the usually sleeping fluffballs!

Each day the kittens are showing progress in all areas of kitten development.

Wobbly, but still progress!

Even though it’s only been a few days, it’s obvious this lucky family found the perfect rescue to care for them. With foster mom Shelia at the helm, these cuties are sure to be adopted quickly.

Until they are ready for their furever homes and purrsonal human servants, we sure will enjoy watching them grow into those potato bellies!

Instagram @maggie_rum: Sheila! When did you start fostering cheetah-otter hybrids??

Thank you to Shelia @love2foster and the Oregon Humane Society for saving them. We can’t wait to see what their names are!

REMEMBER: RESCUED IS THE BEST BREED AND ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!
