Kate Moss and her half-sister, Lottie, were once so close that they lived together during the Covid lockdowns.
Now, Lottie has revealed that she has become so estranged from her family that even her own mother stopped talking to her.
The fall-out happened when Lottie, 26, started stripping off for the adult subscription website OnlyFans, after moving to Los Angeles in 2021.
‘I did have a hunch that people wouldn’t be as forgiving in the UK, but it was nothing like how I felt when I did get back,’ she says. ‘I lost a lot of friends from the modelling industry. My mum didn’t speak to me for weeks and my family was a little bit in turmoil over it.’
Lottie grew up in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, with her mother, Inger, who’s Norwegian. She’s the second wife of travel agent Peter Moss, the father she shares with Kate, 50.

But after becoming an x-rated content creator on OnlyFans, Lottie (pictured in a tiny black bikini in a garden) has revealed she has become estranged from her family

Speaking on her new podcast, Dream On with Lottie Moss, she adds: ‘There’s so many OnlyFans girls in LA and so many porn stars in LA. People really just accept them into society, and people are cool with them, and nobody asks many questions about it.’
The 26-year-old, who was educated at £20,000-per-year Bede’s school, adds: ‘Then I moved back to London, and this was when it got real for me. All my friends thought I was having a serious mental breakdown.’
Lottie was a bridesmaid at Kate’s wedding and, when she started modelling at the age of 16 for Teen Vogue, it appeared that she was destined to follow in her sister’s footsteps.
Yet, she now says living in Kate’s shadow left her ‘depressed’ and forced her to turn down working with high-end fashion houses.
‘For years with modelling I have just been told who I was, and I had been put down this alley of, “this is who you are, you are Kate Moss’s sister and you’re going to be part two of her”, and it so wasn’t me.’
While she previously appeared in an advertising campaign for Calvin Klein, something most models would die for, Lottie says she achieves more job satisfaction from being a ‘content creator’ for OnlyFans.
‘People think I came into it because I was in this bad place in my life, and it was all going wrong, but it was the opposite,’ she insists. ‘Modelling stood for something I was not really a fan of and when I found Only Fans I met all these girls that were similar to me. I always wanted to be a bit more risqué and I always wanted to get my body out.’
This comes after Lottie revealed she never really had a relationship with her supermodel sibling, as she divulged all about their complicated family dynamic.

However she revealed last November that she never had a close-knit bond with Kate (pictured: Lottie in a risque black outfit)
‘We just never really spoke honestly. It’s always been that way, I never was sad about it really,’ Lottie said about Kate (pictured in May in King’s Trust Global Gala)
Appearing on The Matt Haycox Show Podcast last November, Lottie admitted she has never had a close-knit bond with Kate.
When questioned on if she asked her big sister for advice when she entered the world of modelling, the Only Fans content creator confessed the two hadn’t even been close when she was a child.
‘No, we just never really spoke honestly. It’s always been that way, I never was sad about it really,’ she said.
‘You know obviously it’s not great to hear that someone doesn’t really care for a relationship with you… but you know we would see each other at Christmases and things like that and play family a little bit.’
Explaining her estranged relationship with her fashionista half-sister, Lottie revealed she had ‘never really known’ Kate, adding: ‘It wasn’t like I was losing someone.’
‘It was never really like she chose to leave, she’s 20 years older than me she’s got every right to live her own life, she doesn’t need to hang around with me.’
Lottie previously alleged she makes around £30,000 a month with her X-rated content but treasures every pound after splashing the cash as a teenage model.
Lottie confessed: ‘I spent every penny of what I made back then, everything, and it’s one of my biggest regrets in life.
‘Now I’ve got money in my account but honestly for a lot of years I really struggled because I was just spending and spending.
‘For the longest time when I was you know 18, 19, 20 whenever, when I was just making money, I don’t have to look at price tags, I was just spending.

‘I thought it was an unlimited supply of money and it turns out that’s not real!’
In March last year, she slammed those who hold the ‘common misconception’ that she comes from a rich and famous family, as nepotism rows ensued online at the time.
‘I think a common misconception is that because Kate, who is 24 years older than me, is rich and famous, so were my family.
‘But obviously, that was her money and her fame, not ours,’ Lottie wrote in Newsweek.
She continued: ‘How do I say to people that I don’t know her and that she doesn’t reply to my texts?
I honestly think the whole “nepo baby” concept is so weird; there are so many people in the world that have had obvious advantages in their career because of who they know or who someone in their family is, not just famous people.’
