She has been married to Lucky since 2020 and, in addition to the three children they welcomed together, she is also stepmother to his seven-year-old daughter Gravity, whom he shares with his ex Stormi Henley.

Nara has never publicly called herself a ‘tradwife,’ but has nevertheless come in for brickbats over her content, as some viewers have slammed her for promoting an unattainable and old-fashioned lifestyle.

Her TikToks show her dressed to the nines, looking straight out of a 1950s magazine, while cooking dishes like waffles, pudding and cinnamon rolls from scratch.

Nara and Lucky have revealed they make their own toothpaste, and she even went viral for concocting her own homemade sunscreen.

When she posted her new potato chip video to TikTok, she was deluged with comments joking that she should do a tutorial on making Ozempic from scratch.

Speculation has been swirling online that Nara and Lucky secretly have a staff of helpers propping up their do-it-yourself image.

Nara has denied as much, telling GQ: ‘What people think online is that we have housekeepers and cleaners and nannies and all of these things, when in reality it’s just me and Lucky wanting a family and sharing our lives online.’

She recently divulged the real reasons behind her controversial tendency to make as many of her meals from scratch as possible.

‘I wasn’t aware that finding joy in cooking for my husband and kids would automatically mean that I just slave away in the kitchen,’ she said pointedly.

‘”I don’t have a job, and I have a whole production team at my house making that happen.” To clarify, none of that is true,’ claimed the professional model. ‘I’m a working mom, juggling all kinds of hats and responsibilities.’

She added: ‘Cooking has always been a massive part of my life, especially after I got diagnosed with lupus and my eczema started flaring up again. I knew that I had to change the way that I eat, and the way that I went about life.’

Nara has also insisted that she and Lucky split up their parenting responsibilities equally and have a nanny only for a few hours each week.

She also disputed the image of herself as a repressed wife, saying: ‘It’s not about thinking: “Oh, I need to make my husband a meal right now, or he’ll be upset.”‘

Lucky described their marriage as a ‘a big partnership in every aspect of our lives,’ and Nara explained that although she cooks, her husband ‘does cleanup. Which I’m grateful for, because I hate that part.’
