Sian Welby looked amazing in a pair of white denim shorts as she shared the reality of going to the beach with her baby daughter Ruby on Instagram on Wednesday.
The presenter, 37, and her fiancé Jake Beckett welcomed daughter Ruby on June 29 and Sian has since said that becoming a mother is the ‘best thing she’s ever done’.
The couple were seen spending some quality time together before Sian heads back to work at Capital Breakfast at the start of September.
The This Morning presenter stunned as she tucked a stylish white and navy T-shirt into her shorts as she held her little girl while relaxing on a towel in a blue tent on the beach.
Sian looked happier than ever before she pointed out ‘all the unnecessary s***e’ the couple had over packed and brought with them to the seaside for the outing.

The radio star pointed out ‘the bag full of spare clothes, nappies, formula, dummies, bottles, wipes, baby changing mat, infacol, factor 50, spare socks, hand sanitizer, and the kitchen sink’.
She also had brought a ‘bath seat’ to the beach and a ‘bucket and spade she’s [Ruby] far too young to use’.
Earlier in the day, Sian poked fun at partner Jake as he attempted to build their ‘pop up tent’.
She said: ‘Jake fuming because I told him I’d bought a ‘pop up tent’ for Ruby and it’s an actual tent that he has to put together’.
In another video, a member of the public had kindly come to help her partner put the tent up after clearing spotting him struggling from across the beach.
Sian added: ‘So cute, another dad has come over to help. They were making so much progress then realised it was inside out!
The mother-of-one went on to say she was ‘howling’ as a third stranger came over to help the two men out after spotting them ‘struggling’.
She added: ‘Not a third member of the public has seen the struggle and come to help. This is both melting my heart with how kind it is but also making me howl’.

Eventually the group got the tent up and Sian looked happier than ever as she relaxed inside with baby Ruby.
It comes after Sian revealed when she will return to Capital Breakfast with Jordan North and Chris Stark after welcoming her first child just seven weeks ago.
The radio star said she is ‘thrilled’ to be returning to her weekday morning show as she made the announcement over FaceTime while sat in her ‘pants’.
Speaking to Jordan, Chris and Kemi Rodgers, who has been covering her maternity leave, Sian revealed she will return to the show on September 2.
Tuning in from home while holding baby Ruby, Sian shared her excitement: ‘I’m so thrilled to get back into the studio with Jordan and Chris!
‘We have some huge plans for when I return, so make sure you’re tuned in.
‘I just hope I can get ready and get in on time because as much as I look like everything is together, Ruby is about to cry and I’m sat here with no trousers on’.
Kemi will now take on a brand-new show on Capital, hosting the prestigious weekday morning slot from 10am until 1pm. She will also continue to present her Saturday show from 9am – 12pm.
Sian added: ‘I’d also love to thank Kemi for doing an outstanding job while I’ve been away. See you in September!’
Kemi revealed: ‘I’m absolutely over the moon to be the new host of weekday mid-mornings on Capital! I’m also delighted because it means I’ll still get to see the Breakfast team every day as we’ll be show neighbours!

‘It’s been a blast working with Jordan and Chris these past few months, and I’m so excited to start this new chapter.’
Sian later took to her Instagram to share the ‘reality’ of the behind the scenes of the FaceTime call.
She beamed for a mirror selfie wearing a black T-shirt and no trousers while holding her little girl on her knee.
The This Morning star wrote: ‘The reality of my morning: I was so excited to be live on @capitalofficial breakfast at 8am to announce that I will be back on the show September 2nd, however to make that happen I had to start at 6am preparing for it!
‘From rocking Ruby with my foot whilst I ate my cereal, to sterilising bottles in the microwave whilst I dashed for a wee, it was a mission!
‘At one point I was doing my mascara with one hand, whilst holding a bottle in another – feeding Ruby moments before going live so she wouldn’t cry when I was on air!
‘Long story short, in the rush of finding a clean top to wear and changing another wet nappy I didn’t have time to put any trousers on and so this is me, live on FaceTime, to the nation…in my pants.’
In July, Sian sweetly said that becoming a mother is the ‘best thing she’s ever done’ as she made her first remote TV appearance after welcoming daughter Ruby.
The This Morning presenter spoke to her co-stars Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard on the daytime TV show a few days after becoming a mother where she admitted she was ‘deliriously tired’ following an emergency C-section.
She said: ‘I am tired, delirious, but is the best thing I have ever done. I am absolutely over the moon.
‘I am loving every second despite it being carnage at times. Jake was actually filming me at the time when I held her and I said: ”I can’t believe I’m meeting you it feels like a dream!”
Sian will return to her radio show on Capital FM just nine weeks after welcoming her baby girl
